Approved-Rejected Overdrafts

Loan Performer gives a period report showing all the approved\rejected overdrafts.

How to view the Approved\Rejected Overdraft Report

To view the approved\rejected overdraft report you go to Savings/Overdrafts/Approved/Rejected Overdraft Report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

• Overdraft Approval: Till date: Specify the reporting date, e.g., "03/08/2020". The system will show all overdrafts that have eve been approved up to that date.
• Select the Approved radio button to include only the approved overdrafts, the Rejected radio button to include only the rejected overdrafts or the All radio button to display both the approved and rejected overdrafts.
• Report Currency: From the drop down menu select the currency in which the report will appear, e.g., "UGX".
• Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down or tick the Check for all check-box to include all Branches.
• Specify the client type to report on, i.e., Individual, Groups or Business or the All radio button to include all client categories.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Overdrafts Report Formats.

Click on the OK command button to view the report which will look similar to the following:

Click on the Close command button to exit the menu.
